'Clean, quiet, near everything but off the busy road. Would stay again. A few weird things though: the tiny fridges have no tiny freezer, so I couldn't refreeze my ice packs; vending machines were all removed, so they're selling drinks out of a fridge behind the check in desk only when it's open; nothing in the rooms: no phone, no brochures, no kleenex, no wifi instructions, had to ask for washcloths. Excellent stay if you're independent.'

'Just okay. Quiet. Six three partner couldn’t take a shower comfortably since the shower head was low, pillows need upgraded and one of the mattresses was old and saggy. Dirty coffee mugs when we checked in. Internet barely worked. Won’t return or recommend unfortunately.'

'Loved our stay over the 4th of July. Very clean pool area and all the grounds. Nice view of Lake Michigan from our room and the bridge from the front where we sat on the Adirondack chairs. Helpful staff when our TV was not working properly. Highly recommend and would stay there again if we return.'

'They are cute little cottages on Long Lake north of Alpena. Very clean and friendly! Nothing fancy just simple way of life. You can bring your boat and dock it, fish and/or have a bonfire. 🔥'
