'Room was nasty. Hallways smell like mildew. Staff was rude, also standsoutsidedoir listeningto your conversations felt like i had no privacy. No breakfast. Water was backed up on the tub, toilet was dirty and bed pillows. Staff tried charging me extra to swim in pool. I do not recommend staying here to anyone'

'The owners live on- sight. Any and all requests were handled quickly and pleasantly. Many personal extras....."oops" towel, lounge chairs on porch,...large parklike yard facing lake....daily room attention truly Mom & Pop establishment,,,,,very cozy/comforting'

'Reasonable value for the money. Not too fancy but not crazy expensive so that’s fair. Nice, good sized balconies, good view of the bridge, nice front sand area with a number of family sized fire pits - a nice way to round out the evening. The breakfast room is quite small but the food was reasonable and we really appreciated not having to find a restaurant for breakfast- this saved us a lot of time which we wanted to spend on the island.
