« Check in was easy and staff very friendly. I would suggest maybe someone to be available to help guests get to the rooms. I was in lounge and many people walked in, turned around, came back, etc. Only being there a couple hours I ended up helping many people get to where they needed to be. « Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS.
