'I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was.'

'There was no warm water available and we were told it would not be fixed until 1 pm the following day. Our “no smoking” room had cigarette burns in the curtains and cigarette butts on the balcony. The air conditioning leaked water all over the carpet. The river view that I paid extra for was literally a glimpse of the river that you could see in between buildings. Terrible.'
