« You can pack light as there are a lot of supplies in the home. The home is within walking distance to everything with exception of the grocery store and that is a 5 minute drive. Home was clean and property manager was responsive to our needs. Very friendly. »

« We had a very peaceful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, beautiful surroundings outside and the special homemade treats made by our host were delicious. We left well rested. Also, our host was readily available for any questions we had about everything, including nice places to eat in the area. Wonderful time! »

« This property was just lovely. We were there for a sisters' reunion. Two came from Michigan, one came from Australia, I came from North Carolina, and one sister lives in North Manchester. We all loved the house, the little niceties, the expansive yard with over sized fire pit. The host provided clear information and answered all communication rapidly. I highly recommend this property. »

« Even though it’s attached to the main house it was very private. Our only issue was the size of the refrigerator, but we made it work and we enjoyed our stay. »

« Hot tub was broken initially then repaired while we were there the first night . We never had a chance to use it because we were to bust and quiet time was 10 PM . We respect the rules so we never went in. Plenty of room. We only used the house to sleep a few hours and shower and leave for the ND game. »

« I really enjoyed the location being just a block from the lake and within walking distance of parks, trails, the college, a farmer’s market and fun shops. The host had great taste and decorated the house in seasonal decor. Just right for our party of 3. »
