« This was the perfect venue for our family to come together. The setting was awe inspiring with plenty of activities for everyone to participate in. The only problem we encountered was that one of air conditioning was not working but the site staff quickly responded by bringing a large fan to compensate. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. »

« I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December...
