'The first 2 days of our stay the elevator was not working we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor. We were warned about the elevator but I think the property should always have a working elevator '

'Lo unico que no nos gusto del Hotel Gobernador fue la lejania del estacionamiento. No contaban con valet parking. Estaba lloviendo cuando llegamos y tuvimos que estacionarnos lejos de la recepcion y al caminar hacia recepcion fue en el exterior sin ninguna cobertura de techo. Nos mojamos por la lluvia. Es incomodo estar estacionandonos lejos de la recepcion.'
