'Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The toilet in our original room would not flush, so we had to move rooms shortly after checking in. In the new room, the TV screen was completely blue and unusable, so we weren’t able to watch anything during our stay. The shower was visibly dirty, several lamps did not work, and only one elevator in the hotel was functioning, which caused long waits and inconvenience. 'room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.'

'Ordered through Expedia 5 days before going to hotel . Even called the day before to verify I had a room an they did. Well when I got there they said I couldn't have a room cause they gave mine away an the ones they have aren't clean an didn't wanna clean them'
