'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'

'We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

'A large picturesque apartment in Venice to enjoy quiet time but still be close enough to all the landmarks. Great restaurants and amenities very handy. Staff were lovely and only a phone call and a few hundred metres away if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. The only con was the shower. Although it had a large rain shower head, it only dribbled water down and the shower recess filled with water so much so we had to stop the shower to allow it to go down, worried it would flood...

'I'm ambivalent about this hotel, as it is not bad, but certainly not better than other accommodations in this range. I booked this room through a recommendation, so it is possible that the room I got was the worst in the building. The location is perfect, very close to the bus station and within walking distance of everything. The hotel is small and convenient, a typical Venetian building with a couple of rooms, but no frills, no amenities or facilities of any kind, no breakfast, no seating...
