'Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days.'

'Disappointed about the cleanliness on checkin, front staff was in general impatient and it came no where near the Japanse hospitality im used to. The remark that the roomcleaning would be free, was odd… as if that would of been up to me. There wasnt even an apology for the inconvenience. The cleaning would be done between 14/17;00 and they came after that time. You would think it be a little more priority tho. The rest of the stay was good, good location.'
