'A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay. '

'I do not have any complaints about this property. Very quiet neighborhood and the home is lovely. We have a family member that gets chilly when she gets out of the shower. She was happy to know the bathroom ceiling exhaust also blew heat! The property was exactly as listed. The host, Steven, was readily available and always followed up. 'Great price and very affordable for the package that comes with it. Though questionable at first, it is situated in a great neighborhood with good people. The property did have some deficiencies such as the bathroom sink drain not working, but imo did not take away too much. Host also left generous gifts and information on places to eat, see, etc. Would come back again 100%.'
