Flats in Ninth Ward

'The condo is spacious, loved 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds were very comfortable and A/C and water pressure was excellent. The location was fabulous for what we needed and felt very secure. Definitely would recommend.'

'Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. 'The home was clean and well appointed. Our host was super quick and responsive. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we napped by the pool but never went in. We were near enough to Magazine St to make it convenient. Was just perfect for what we were looking for.'

'We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.'
