Villa 'Lux' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The property features a fully equipped kitchen with a grill, three coffee machines (Italian, Nespresso, and a built-in machine for freshly ground coffee), coffee, ice, sugar, sweetener, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices, and mineral water. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar and a work table with a glass top and an LED lamp with adjustable brightness and light type.



Outside, you'll find a large seawater pool with natural chlorine and neutral pH, plus a smaller pool that cascades into the main one—ideal for sensitive skin, children, and anyone seeking a pleasant experience. The pool has selectable multicolor LED lights to create different moods. There's also a large barbecue with utensils and charcoal included, as well as three outdoor tables with chairs and armchairs.



The spacious living room is spread over two levels, with four tables and an additional work table. The property has air conditioning with an Airzone system throughout the house and white lacquered American oak wood floors, with LED lights on every step of the stairs, both inside and out. A Smart TV with access to streaming platforms is available for your entertainment.



The jacuzzi in the main suite can be set up as a true spa for up to six people and is available for an extra fee upon request. The house has two full bathrooms in both suites, a Roman-style bathroom in the basement, and a guest toilet in the living room. A crib and high chair can be provided upon request for families. Security cameras operate only at the entrance to the property, with a visual recording system for added peace of mind.
