The Valley Lookout, a townhouse at an elevation of 900 meters, with mountain views. Easy access from the A-44 highway. Bright and warm decor. A 70 m2 terrace with views of the sunset and sunrise. This is a new home built and decorated in 2024 with all the amenities, including a pool. A place that invites you to relax and enjoy gazing at the mountains and strolling through nature. The house is spread over three floors. The first floor consists of common areas, a bathroom, the pool, and the terrace; the second floor features bedrooms with a full bathroom. The bedrooms are double, and one room has two single beds. From the terrace, you can enjoy the mountain views while eating, reading a good book, or sipping a glass of wine in good company. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including fans in the summer and a fireplace, as well as radiators in the winter. The house is located in the center of the town of Nigüelas. The neighborhood has all kinds of amenities: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bakeries. A pleasant stroll through the village takes you to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and its most notable peak, as well as its river. It’s 1 km from the A-44 highway, making it very easy to reach. It’s 15 minutes from the city of Granada and 20 minutes from the Granada coast. Dúrcal and the Lecrín Valley are just a 10-minute drive away, offering a wide variety of hiking trails. The local cuisine is another highlight of the area, as are the major cycling and trail running races held here. There are trails for all ages and fitness levels, ranging from the Pavilla Trail to high-mountain routes like the 7 Lakes Trail. You’ll be provided with all the necessary information.
