Luxury Villa in Nieuwvliet-Bad with Private Pool

This detached, luxury holiday home with private indoor swimming pool is located on the beautiful holiday park Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad , which opened its doors in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away.

The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen features a combi oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. There are two double. bedrooms and a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. From the hall you reach the indoor swimming pool (4.70 x 3.55 m.), where you can take time to relax. You will also find a seating area and shower. Upstairs you have four double bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and shower. There is also a third bathroom featuring a shower and toilet and a separate toilet on the landing. In one of the bedrooms, there is a smart TV with streaming function. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Through the French doors you enter the garden featuring a (partly) covered patio and garden furniture. Parking for three cars is available at the holiday home. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car.

At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.
