VOGUE BEACH is a beautiful air-conditioned and completely renovated apartment.

It has an ideal location in the city center on the famous pedestrian zone. You will find a multitude of restaurants and shops at the foot of the building. The sea is only a 1-minute walk from the apartment.



The apartment has modern decor. The contrast between the white walls and the black elements gives a design touch. The light wooden parquet and the rush carpet floor of the mezzanine create a warm atmosphere. The soft cushions and the plaids are synonymous with comfort to rest in complete serenity.



You will appreciate being quiet on the inner courtyard side despite being in the city center.

You will be seduced by the mezzanine that will allow you to have a night corner separated from the living-room.

Thanks to the living room's smart TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.



VOGUE BEACH is on the 3rd floor. It is accessible by lift.

Please note that the elevator is a half-floor elevator. You have to climb half a floor to access it and another to access the apartment.

- Jean Médecin shopping avenue

- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)

A tram station is a few minutes' walk from the apartment. You can move easily throughout Nice.



The SNCF train station is a few minutes' walk away.



Nice Airport is just 15 minutes by car.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a ceramic hob and a toaster.



MEZZANINE:

Accessible by a staircase from the living room. It offers a double futon bedding with a soft and comfortable mattress. There are also 2 bedside tables and a dressing table



BATHROOM :

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, wall-hung toilets, a washbasin with backlit mirror, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
