The 130 m² home is spread over two levels and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets. Two private parking spaces are available.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room. It overlooks the garden with a private 3x6m pool. A second, very large pool is available for free use within the residence.

Detailed description:
- Bedroom #1 on the first floor: Master suite with a 160cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, and a laundry area (washer, dryer).
- Bedroom #2 on the upper floor with a 160 cm double bed, opening onto a small terrace
- Bedroom #3 on the upper floor with a 140 cm double bed

PLEASE NOTE: Bath linens are not provided, but you have the option to rent them (€20 per stay for 1–3 people; €30 per stay for 4–6 people).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- A €90 cleaning fee is due upon arrival
- A €900 security deposit will be required and refunded upon checkout (check held until checkout).
