'When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. 'The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). 'The property was perfect for what we needed to accommodate our large party. The staff was VERY helpful. Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. I would definitely stay at this property again. '

'If I could. I would give it 3.5 stars. I gave this a 3.5 for a few reasons. Overall, it was decent. It’s a great location! The host was very communicative in the beginning. We were asked if we needed anything and we asked for three blankets and they kindly delivered. The house is old, circa 1910, and quaint in that regard. It’s been “remodeled” and is decent.
