'Property basically met our needs, we each had a comfortable room to sleep in and 2 full bathrooms made it easy for 3 to get ready for the day. My brother has owned rental property and he was very uneasy about the inside stair depth and lack of railing. We were always very cautious using them. I was also uneasy in the neighborhood where, in fact, a house nearby did actually catch fire which was a noisy and unsettling event. 'The place was very good. This was the first time traveling to Niagara Falls and it was fun and enjoyable in this house. I really recommend this place if you are planning to travel to Niagara Falls.'

'Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. '

'This is incredibly conveniently located; it’s about a 5-minute walk from UB south campus, Dunkin’, grocery stores and drugstores. Very easy access to highways. Safe neighborhood and the owner is very responsive to messages.'
