The private driveway can facilitate up to four vehicles, something of a rarity in the town. You are welcomed into a bright and well-planned space, the kitchen/dining room is especially impressive with excellent bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, bringing the outdoors in. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, and the room has both a tasteful dining table and super comfy corner sofa. This is a real family room, where the day’s adventures and exploits can be relived, and tomorrow’s plans made! There is a separate living room, with sofas and chairs and wall mounted TV.

There is a very useful downstairs bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Venture upstairs and there are four gorgeous bedrooms, the master with king-sized bed, two double rooms (one with a zip and link facility) and a popular room with bunks. The family bathroom comprises a bath with shower over.

Within walking distance of the town, with local shops, pubs, restaurants, and bars, you are well placed to enjoy the town’s many delights. The beaches are stunning; huge stretches of golden sand, stretching far to meet the ocean. A mecca for all things water sports related, there are many surf shops and countless places to hire all the equipment too. The town’s zoo is a short walk away, whilst the captivating, all-weather Blue Reef Aquarium is just a mile distant. Beyond Newquay, there is a coastline full of beauty to discover, explore harbour towns such as Padstow, with its narrow streets and celebrity themed restaurants, beautiful fishing ports with spellbinding cliff top vistas.
