Great location! Love the decor and was super comfortable for one or two people and a great alternative to a hotel. The instructions were timely and well done, and Keith was highly responsive when I could not figure out how to the use the AC. Just note that there are some steep stairs to the room so you might want to rent one of the lower units if stairs are an issue.

Perfect location cozy space

We almost don’t want others to know what a great spot this is! Very relaxing, only moved car once over a four night stay. Well equipped, location is optimal. Had all toiletries and a loaded keurig coffee station Wasn’t a problem for us, but stairs were on the steep side if mobility is a concern. Keyless entry was great!

Perfect location in Newport. Clean unit - super comfortable bed. The steps leading to the second floor unit are very steep. Overall wonderful and would stay again in a minute!

Fantastic stay at Howland House

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Howland House which is perfectly located for getting around town. The restaurants & shops are mostly within a short walking distance — no need to drive! This was our first stay with our 5 month old Alaskan Malamute puppy who loves to travel. Keith & Matt provided plenty of helpful information prior to our stay & even checked in with us to be sure everything was in working order. Lovely Quick Getaway

My husband and I had a lovely time for our quick getaway here celebrating our 20th anniversary. There is ample space to relax, and it’s very clean, light and airy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Due to it being an older home, we were able to hear noise from the outside, but that’s to be expected. When we had trouble with parking when we arrived, the owner came up with a solution immediately, and allowed us to park at another one of his properties close by since we were only staying for a couple of days. Overall, it is a beautiful place for a couple to stay.

Amazing Newport trip

Our stay was amazing and super close to everything. Place was super clean and a great location. Every meal we had was amazing and got to see a lot in 2 days. Only downside was parking, especially on Saturday it was near impossible to get a spot even close to the place we stayed.
