We loved it! Such a wonderful, clean and charming little property! We definitely want to come back again!
The beach access road was about a 5 minute walk from our door, and we loved going down there!
We loved watching the sunset over the ocean each night as we sat at the kitchen table each night!
My husband lived his morning run each day!
We enjoyed the Yachina Head lighthouse, and hiking around the grounds!! It's about 15 minutes from the property.

Million Dollar View

When we booked this condo it was largely because it appeared to have a nice oceanfront view. When we arrived we found that the pics in the listing hadn’t really done it justice, as the view was marvelous in a way that far exceeded our expectations. The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The Nye Beach area was like a little self contained community with a warm friendly feel to it. The restaurants and bakeries were all very good and the ice cream shop was outstanding. The condo was a great base of operations for visiting all of the interesting and beautiful nearby parks, beaches, and towns. Rian was an excellent host and was easily reached and proactive in making sure that we were settled in with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we returned to the Newport area.

Small and cozy, great for two or family with little ones

Nice property but small space for more than two. Bunk bed very uncomfortable but king size bed very nice. The bedrooms were so small one could barely walk around in them. Always hard to tell in the photos. Great ocean view and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and walking on the beach. Very nice host.

Perfect quiet getaway

The only reason I would leave anything but a stellar review of this place would be to keep too many people from finding it. This place was a perfect location, beautifully decorated and very easy to find and check in. Rian was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Everything was thought out and provided and it made the stay that much more enjoyable. From toothpicks to toothpaste, laundry soap, to tea and plenty of warm fuzzy blankets, books ,games and card decks,, we were able to relax and enjoy our family. It was one of the best family time stays we’ve had since the kids were grown. We appreciated the hospitality, time and attention to detail greatly. These hosts are amazing.

Beautiful View!!

Beautiful view. Lots of dishes and supplies. Great place to stay...beds could have been more comfortable. They seemed old and worn out. But we didnt sleep much, there was so much to do in this area, tide pools, beaches,hiking. Wonderful time was had in this town!!

Simply stunning!!!

This was our first stop on our 10 day Oregon vacation and this place set a high bar for all our subsequent rentals. The view!!! The ability to walk to everything!!! The rental is so beautiful and clean. I had a challenge getting in and heard back immediately. It’s a great place!!! Do yourself a favor and stay here. You won’t regret it!

Views, location + well equipped rent

This property is so well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Books, games, movies, blankets, very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay as a family of 4: 2 adults and two kids ages 7 and 10. We liked walking in downtown Nye Beach and the location was a perfect spot for our day trips up and down the coast. Sunsets on the deck were spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place

I've stayed at a couple spots in the little nye beach area, it's my favorite spot on the coast, very walkable to get to the beach access and to multiple restaurants and a little shopping and a quick drive to even more. The lodgings were lovely, we had 5 adults for two nights and had all the space we needed. Loved the keyless entry, made it very easy for everyone to split up into different groups without having to worry about who has the key to get back in. Also appreciated the designated parking on the side of the building. Space seemed very clean and was stocked with lots of helpful items, even sandcastle supplies! We loved our time here, exactly what we were looking for!

Overall a great stay

The property os just as described and we were able to sit on the back garden and enjoy the beach as well as open up the windows and listen to the waves roar and the ocean breeze cool the house. The neighborhood had a few cute eateries Our only concern was the number of young homeless men wondering the street, often yelling and most looking into cars and trying the doors to see if they were locked was unnerving. Things you expect in a big city but don't often see if beach towns as this frequency. Nothing to be afraid of as much as be aware and take precautions. Overall a great stay and we would stay again if we were in the area.
