« Excellent hotel! Great value and luxurious »

« Hotel was spotlesly clean. Super comfortable bed and large, fluffy towels. The staff were absolutely amazing, perfect combination of friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is convenietly situated on the Quayside, a short uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We dined in the restaurant on our 1st night, it was expesive even by London standards (£270 for 3 of us, 2 courses each) but the quality was excellence and the food was tasty. We would definitely use this hotel...

« On arrival the man in reception was very welcoming, very pleasant. In fact all the receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The room was standard so not so big though it was very nice. I can’t understand how my sister booked the same type of room on the same date through hotels.com but at a much cheaper price than us. »
