'The Holiday Inn is a nice hotel close to the city center. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a room on the ground floor close to the smoking area outside. This was a bit noisy until 2 am. After we closed the window it was ok again.'

The carpets and curtains have seen better days, but everything was properly clean, ignoring permanent stains/damage to the carpet etc. The walls are thin so you're at the mercy of your neighbours when it comes to noise. The included breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.'

'Room was basic but good value, £12 parking is steep as there are roads a bit further out you can park for free on. Bathroom seal black with mould and heavy limescale on taps - carpets also need a clean. Overall good for a short stay though.'
