The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. 'We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda's house. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and also to many local shops, bars and bistros. Newbiggin is the best base to explore many of the area's attractions: Lindisfarne, Newcastle or Yorkshire. "Extremely spacious and comfortable appartment. Excellent beds and not too much noise from the street, eventhough it's located in the citycentre. The appartment had a bit of a strange, musty smell, but it was not too present. Overall I would really recommend this accomdation. Good price/quality."
