Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room itself was great. Iโm disappointed with my experience. I paid an extra $30 for late check out which was 1 PM. I am a caregiver at home for my chronically ill son, so unfortunately I only sleep in three hour increments. I thought staying at Wyndham would be my chance to get a solid nights sleep with no interruptions. I hung the DO NOT DISTURB sign and I put earplugs in. I slept until someone started banging furiously on my door at 11 AM yelling through the door asking if I was going to check out. Iโm assuming they knocked more than once, but I had the earplugs in so I didnโt hear them the first time. When she started banging like crazy on the door it startled me. I yelled back. โI have a late check out!โ She said โIโll be back laterโ
I couldnโt get back to sleep so I just got up, packed up my stuff and left disappointed. My girlfriend stayed there on the SAME night in a different room, she also paid for late check out. She had the same problem with the 11 AM banging on the door.
I guess the housekeeping staff doesnโt get the memo when there is a late checkout? Come on! Get it together Wyndham!!
