That said, the bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and offers a much quieter, more peaceful space for restful sleep.

• Located on second floor of a 4-story walk-up (no elevator).

• Entry stairwell is shared with one other apartment above.

• Ground floor dry cleaner has separate, private access.
