This was a great rental for a quick weekend in NYC. The apartment was very spacious and close to everything. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Host was not attentive. Check in process was horrible. The previous tenant walked in on us after we had checked in. They lie about not having access to the apartment after 11 AM obviously. The previous tenant was allowed to stay past his time and they basically told us we would have to check in later. The host did not seem to care. Terrible service. The listing states that there is a sofa bed and a bed in one of the rooms. However, you have to look deeper into the listing and find out that the bed is an air mattress. I do not recommend this place.

We loved our stay! There were six of us, ages 17 and up, and it was a perfect fit. My teenage boys slept comfortably on the pull-out couch, and the space felt surprisingly roomy for Manhattan. The location was fantastic, we felt safe the entire time, with easy access to the subway and just a short walk to Central Park. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn there’s a place to store luggage after checkout, such a great perk that should definitely be mentioned in the listing! We had so much fun exploring NYC, and my kids got a little taste of city living. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Family Stay at the center of Manhattan

We were family of four stayed at this lovely place at the center of everything including restaurants, coffee shops and close to central park. Management is very easy to communicate and modern checkin process using an app. I highly recommend this place to any family looking for more space to relax after day in the city. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Fabulous apartment

Our apartment was in a part of New York City, where you could get anywhere easily. It was beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. The management company was easy to contact and they had everything ready for us. When we arrived. We hope to stay there again in the near future. The only problem we had was the trip was too short. We will be back.

Efficient space, conveniently located

This apt worked out well for us - a family of 6 adults. One couple slept in a pull out bed in the common space, sharing a bath with another couple on the main level. Some complaints about the constant traffic noises on 62nd just outside the windows. Apt is at sidewalk level. The lower level bedroom and bath were a lovely quiet sanctuary tucked just below street level. Great shower, updated bathrooms. Beware- a tricky spiral staircase for folks with mobility issues Check-in was GREAT and the management staff is VERY attentive. Great value. Great location - right between 1st and 2nd.

Family vacation

This was a perfect location and the property was very comfortable. The family enjoyed our time. It can be a little loud during the day with traffic, but it was pretty quiet at night. Also, we had a hot water issue and the property manager fixed it right away. Very responsive. Check in was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Large apartment with great location

We had a great two night stay at this property. It was close to Central Park, Times Square, and many other attractions. The apartment is very large and included two air mattresses which was very helpful for our family. Any issues were addressed immediately by the property owner. Our only minor complaint is that the top floor is on street level which can be a bit noisy at night with traffic and pedestrians. Other than that, a perfect stay!

Great location, but very loud-

Location was great for getting around the city. I know it’s the city that never sleeps, but the rental is definitely not noise insulated and the windows are not dressed to keep out the lights of the many vehicles with sirens and flashing lights. Sleep was difficult. Plan to go shopping as paper products(TP) is minimal and you are only given one small cloth for the kitchen. It is difficult to keep things neat and tidy when you are not given the means to do so. Great restaurants and Central Park are very close which is nice.

Amazing Stay in the heart of NYC

I had an incredible stay at this luxury apartment in the Upper East Side! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to Central Park, making it ideal for leisurely strolls or enjoying the beauty of the park. The apartment itself is stunning with high-end finishes, spacious rooms, and all the amenities you could need. It truly feels like a home away from home.The only downside I’d mention is that the apartment is on street level, so it can get a bit loud and bright, at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to consider. Also, the dryers are a bit small and didn’t quite dry my clothes completely, which was a bit of a hassle. But these minor things didn't detract from the overall experience!The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a luxurious, convenient, and stylish base while exploring NYC. Looking forward to returning!

Nice apartment at 1st Ave and 63rd Street.

The apartment was as advertised, and the management team were very responsive. It was spotless when we arrived and fully equipped for comfort. It's on the first floor so from time to time there is outside street noise but nothing too much. Easy walk to Central Park and Mid-Town. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nice space

The place was the perfect size for our family and the location was perfect. The listing said 2.5 baths, but there was not a half bath. The place was clean, but some things seemed stained or scuffed. Overall for the price it was worth it. The property manager was fantastic.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen. Auch waren die Decken für diese Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht so komfortabel. Erst auf mehrere Nachfragen hin würde eine Luftmatratze geliefert, aber nicht aufgebaut oder bezogen.
