The bed was very uncomfortable; it was too hard whereby I would wake up very sore from the hardness of the bed. The wall-mounted thermostat was not working properly. The temperature was set at 67, but the room was still warm. We finally turned on the old floor unit located under the window and it worked fine as far as cooling the room. Also, most hotels offer complimentary breakfast. The Hilton Gardens JFK charged for their breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was fine. Expedia had lost my reservation in their system, so there was no reservation when I arrived at hotel. This despite Expedia sending me emails with booking confirmation 3 months ago, and then earlier thus week about the trip, and today about how my check in experience was. I had to pay an extra $150 for the room since there was no reservation in the system. Bad job by Expedia.

The room was basic but everything I needed, clean with adequate space. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave early so we didn't get to use the breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and the drivers were friendly.

Me encantó la limpieza, el trato del personal, las instalaciones está bien, Están haciendo algunas mejores y eso es bueno, lo malo es la ubicación pero se compensa con un excelente servicio de shuttle, para moverse a Manhattan la mejor opción es tomar el Shuttle del hotel para llegar al aeropuerto y ahí tomar el airarían hacia Jamaica

Hi, when we stayed here on March 15th we were on a layover. When we got back to the hotel from dinner we could not enter our room. The door lock mechanism was broken. We waited 2.5 hours in the lobby until 3 in the morning for them to replace our lock. We had to be at the airport at 4am… staff did not seem in any rush to get us into our room nor did they apologize or offer any compensation. I have email that specific hotel and the corporate emails with no response. $200 wasted.

The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. The TV needed access through my phone. It's much easier to just turn on the TV and have it work after a long tiring flight instead of having to do all sorts of tech tricks just to watch TV. The place was under construction and felt cheap and dirty.

What I did not like was before I arrived, I called several times to inform the staff that I would arrive late and my efforts were fruitless! I did arrive late on Wednesday March 6th/24 and was told that my family of 3 adults had to sleep on 1 king bed when I reserved ,2 double beds. I was tired and disappointed. I had to request a cot. I have never had such an experience of not having my request honoured at any previous hotels. Secondly, I was told that I was eligible for the "honour" membership and would receive 500 bonus points along with 1 free night for future stay but was disconnected 3 times when attempting to enrol. My experience was disappointing!

The parking is an issue. The parking area gets full fast and you on your own to park on the street. I didn't like that at all.

Parking is first come first served. Never heard this at any hotels in north america. Room had leaking water on floor, they changed the room but got smaller double beds for thw price of queen beds. Good luck with parking on the road, its a mess.
