'This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.'

'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. 'Nice place very spacious and easy access to property. Clean and efficient'

'The house was clean, my family had a great time and it’s very spacious! We had a wonderful experience and the rooms are very well kept! Everything from the house was as I expected. Our stay was completely peaceful except for a gardener out of the house I don’t know if he was a neighbor but my family felt...

Not to mention you have to walk up steps to get to the complex. I reached the host once when I entered the apartment to speak of my issues, she stated she would call back in 5 minute I haven’t spoken to her since. The...

'Farida was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay when we visited NY.'

'Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property we originally booked was cancelled at the last minute, leaving my family and me with basically no choice but to accept the replacement accommodation they provided. I made it clear over the phone that I was only accepting it because we had nowhere else to go on such short notice. When we arrived, the replacement property was completely unacceptable. The place had a very strong cigarette smell that made my kids uncomfortable,...
