« This property was very clean and we enjoyed our time here. It is conveniently located between The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum which is where we visited. We stopped at the Newport Aquarium on our way to The Upper Room and ate a delicious supper at Barbeque Bob's restaurant. The evening before we left we had ice cream at the little roadside diner on Main Street just down the road from The Upper Room. Thanks for allowing us to use the space. »

« Room was clean, but very dark.. like hallways and an unwelcoming lobby. Outside property littered with shopping carts and trash. My checking initially was totally unsat, but I was finally accommodated.. there was confusion as to my reservation..when I showed photo of property, I was deemed at the right place! I left hotel this morning, at 0509, and left key in drop.. I’m hoping my account is credited for the’damage’ protection.. if you need further info, let me know! »

« Pretty clean, quite comfortable, kitchen accessories a bit limited, but we managed. Bathroom door very difficult to close and open, bedroom doors too loose. Multiple A/C units kept us cool, though unit in Mario room came unhooked from window (was taped). Mostly quiet neighborhood where we felt pretty safe. »

« Everything about the room was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful in decor. Very cozy. We very much enjoyed the high ceilings and upgraded kitchen/bathroom. Our Host, Mike, checked in with us frequently and was very responsive to questions and concerns. The only downside is the parking. There is a gravel lot next to the building set aside for guest not visible from the room. Our truck was burglarized by someone busting our rear passenger window that we didn't discover until the morning we...
