The room I reserved is not the one we had. I went to the desk and was told that yes the room I booked was available but I couldn’t move to it because it was an upgrade. Not an upgrade because I paid for the other room. I did however offer to pay for the upgrade and she told me no. I asked to speak to someone else who could move us and she said no. 2 days after check-in she called to ask if we wanted to move. OF COURSE NOT!! I’m already unpacked. She said her manager would be leaving us a message. That never happened!
It was noisy despite very few people being there.
We have stayed there 3 times a year for the last 5 years as we travel from Oklahoma there to visit family.
There was no housekeeping, Covid was 5 years ago. No excuse to not provide housekeeping without asking for it.
Hotel has no customer service! Very disappointing.
