St Ann Creole Victorian Historic Getaways

Charming and spacious single family home in the heart of the Tremé - the birthplace of Jazz. Newly-remodeled with modern appliances and original brickwork, this historic gem offers the best of both worlds. Featuring a bathroom attached to each bedroom, a spacious, open-concept kitchen/dining room, and a bamboo-lined backyard, this is the perfect spot for a large group looking to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Just a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. Welcome!


Property has 5 bedrooms. However, due to new orleans STR regulations we are only permitted to advertise 3 bedrooms.

Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar + dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

Street parking is free and available
All reservations require a $500 refundable deposit.

This was a sweet and exceptionally clean space comfortably appointed in a pleasant neighborhood. Each bedroom has a full bath. If you are used to walking, the French Quarter is an easy walk. There is a lovely coffee shop two blocks away. On street parking was easy and accessible. Thank you for a fun stay in NOLA!

It is a lovely unit, in the historic Treme' neighborhood. The home is spacious, was super clean and every bedroom has it's own bathroom! A HUGE plus, whether you're traveling with kids or adults. Parking was conveniently right at the front door. I highly recommend. My only critique. It wasn't made clear that a temporary 500 damage fee hold, would be placed on my account a few days prior to our check in. Other than that, it was great!

Good location, away from noise and nightlife, close enough to walk or quick uber. Super cute breakfast / coffee shop a few blocks away. Clean rooms, very communicative owners. We had 5 couples, each had their own room and bathroom.

Great Place for our Big Group

This house worked out great for us. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a big plus for everyone. The house is in a quiet location, but was walkable to most areas we wanted to go to (we did get a lot of steps in each day), or we took Uber when needed to farther places and the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay for 10 friends!

The house fit our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the space worked well for our group. Close enough to French Quarters to walk, but far enough to not have the noise. We experienced two different small parades in the neighborhood! Never had a concern about safety. Highly recommend!

NOLA 2019 Saints vs Cowgirls

Perfect for our group.... shower and bathroom in every room was a plus... a little off the beaten path .. but it definitely worked ... 7 $ Uber ride to the downtown.. I wouldn’t recommend walking ,so plan on Uber or driving to all the near by locations... overall it worked for our large group!

Upon arrival disappointment

The property was dirty, torn screen on front door, door handle front door did not work. Only had lock deadbolt, house in a very unsafe neighborhood, men next door playing loud music, parking limited and on street, said we could walk to French Quarter, but not safe to do so, pictures on site were very misleading, The five of us ages 60-70 and spouses did not stay and ended up having to stay in a hotel. I will be fighting to get some of my money back!! I did everything VRBO said I had to do and was told unless I was given a wrong address they would do nothing about misrepresentation, which this blatantly was!!

Perfect home in New Orleans/Treme

I really don't have enough good adjectives to describe how clean, beautiful and perfectly set up this house is! Every bed was very comfortable, every room had a bathroom, there is a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. Also the outdoor space is cozy with a table and chairs to enjoy as well as patio lights! Everything about this house is perfect. It's an easy 7 dollar Uber/Lyft to bourbon Street or a quick walk. Thank you for a lovely stay! Oh! And the owners are very responsive if you have questions and truly helped make our experience one to remember. Thank you ❤️

Great location, comfortable home and responsive host.

Just a few minutes to walk into the Fr. Quarter, with a nice walk through L. Armstrong Park each time. We found a couple great breakfast spots within a couple blocks in Treme, too. Perfectly comfortable home, too. Each room has its own full bath, which is helpful when several couples are coming back from the Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest) and getting ready for a dinner reservation. The house is setup nicely and was recently updated. We made one call to our host and they responded quickly.

Great Location / Everything Was Super Easy From Start To Finish

Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms was great. The location was great for what we were doing, attending Second Weekend of Jazz Fest. Neighborhood is relatively quiet at night (by NOLA standards). This was the perfect home for our group of friends for the weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great property and loved the location

We had a great time with our crew of friends from childhood. We loved the location and the neighbors were very friendly too. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and each person has their own bed. There is a nice private backyard which is a great place to hang out. Its a short walk to the French Quarter and a short uber ride to most other places. You can rent bikes close by if you want to explore the city on bike. The owners/managers were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful. Thanks again!
