Terrible experience, lots of potential. My family of 13 arrived around 9pm after a day of traveling only to find out our rooms hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The beds were stripped with no sheets, dirty towels and dishes everywhere. It was very hard to reach anyone on the phone and then I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Luckily Marcus came along, the only positive thing to happen during our stay and found us 2 clean rooms for the night. Not adjoining as we booked, but on the same floor so we were promised our original rooms between 10 and 11 the next morning. Our relief was short lived when we discovered we had no toilet paper in one bathroom and about a half roll in the next. The next day we had to pack all of our stuff, take it out and our original rooms were not ready until 4pm. These rooms were not fully stocked either and we ended up having to supply our own toilet paper. Multiple remotes were missing from the TVs, bathroom doors did not lock. We were initially offered 50 for the inconvenience. Even though we were without rooms for multiple hours. They ended up crediting us a little bit more but still an insulting amount. With better management this place could be amazing. Great layout and location.
