Guest services were amazing and responded quickly to any questions about check in and check out processes.The apartment was clean and as described. There was a crack down the flat cooktop but we did not use it. The bathroom sink drained slowly. This was not a major concern. We did not share these things with the hosts until after we were checking out because they did not really concern us much and we did not want people coming into our space while we were out most days. There were also parts of the windows that were not sealed. It was not much concern as we were on the second floor and there wasn't a safety or weather concern.The hallway upon entry was not clean, with trails of leaked liquid through the hallway for a few days and no one cleaned it up. The smell of the hallway was not pleasant, but not terrible. The shelving that had "extra" items was not stocked most days other than toilet paper (which we appreciated), a pillow (we did not need), and some sugar supplements.Overall, it was a good place to stay and the location was a block from Bourbon Street (Carondelet Street turns into Bourbon Street).
