'The staff was extremely friendly and great to work with. We revisiting New Orleans for our 30th wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to help us celebrate, including a nice unexpected gift of champagne. Them being located in the French Quarter is nice because everything was within easy walking distance. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the hotel.
