The first day when we checked in, gave us a room on the first floor. As soon as we open the the rooms door, we couldnât help us notice. This smell a few humidity inside the room, the carpet was dirty, the fridge was all the way in the middle of the hallway entering the room, and the furniture that was holding the TV on top was broken with piece missing.
We went back to the front desk and they gave us a more decent room on the second floor.
The next day we woke up around 7:30 or 8 AM to go downstairs to eat. The dining area was very small and gloomy, very very lighting. There was no eggs left at the time of the morning and only one slice of bread left. There was nobody attending the breakfast area so we went to the front desk and they told them that there was no food left. So after that, they brought some burnt eggs out, but no bread.
We went back to the front desk to tell them that the eggs that they brought out were burnt and they told us that unfortunately they had run out of food and they didnât have anything else to cook for breakfast. It was only 9 AM!
We had a few rooms rented because it was a big group and we were there all weekend for an event. Nobody was able to eat breakfast this morning at a hotel.
The second day the same scenario repeated.
