Everything was very clean, cute, and when the AC got kicked on it got delightfully cold. The only downside was a few visible scrapes and peeled pain around certain outlets, but overall I had a wonderful stay and a fantastic experience.

feel not so good
Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.

Thanks for the review! We do not put hair dryers, shampoo, and etc. in the rooms because people tend to steal it and we have to buy or put new ones in by drilling holes and all that. Coffee Kettle is the same issue (stealing)..we've experienced it before where a worker asked for a coffee kettle and when he checkout, he never gave it back. So, sorry for the inconvenience! Hope you understand why we don't put those amenities in the rooms.

There is a lot of negatives to say about our stay. 1. Bed sheets got holes maybe from cigarette burns. 2. Bed is too noisy when you flip sides during sleep. 3. Ask staff for extra towels, never gave one coz he told they only have 2 towels for king size bed and pressed that it is the standard. lol 4. Fire alarmed was blasting early in the morning, called reception and I was told it was a drill. lol No notice given prior. 5. No water heater. 6. AC is on timer mode goes on and off almost every 30 mins. No way of changing the setting coz it prompts you to use wall control and there ain’t no other option or buttons to change. 7. Floor not properly cleaned. Bunch of pld packets and papers still on the floor. 8.Soap provided is just too thin it is only good for one shower. 9. Only one switch for light and exhaust fan in the bathroom. Exhaust fan is too loud. 10. Rude staff.

First the office was never open. Had to deal with people through the bulletproof window. Or reservation was for two nights but the first attempt by the attempt was for only one night. Went back to the window he had to switch rooms. That room was a smoking room even had an ash tray. The floor was so dirty it seemed like there should be a beach out side. The area is obviously dangerous, the only late night place to eat was the Waffle House and it was take out only after dark. No breakfast at the motel. We did find Joe’s Coffee and Donuts nearby for breakfast. That was nice.

Sorry for the inconvenience! We will do better to accommodate you better next time you come stay. We’re not opening the lobby because of the viruses that are spreading (norovirus) and etc. This is the safest and cheapest motel in the Westbank. And there’s lots of restaurants Westbank Grill, McDonald’s, Burger King, TacoBell, and more going towards East (left side of the motel).

Sorry for the inconvenience! We told the desk clerk about what happened and apologized but next time tell your performers or what not to get two keys for the room, that way we won't have this issue again.

The room door kept getting stuck so we would have to slam it. They dont give shampoo so be sure to bring your own or be prepared to buy it. Overall it was decent.

The room was clean and the owners were clearly making investments in this property. They were painting the outside of the property during our visit.

Thanks for the review! We were renovating due to aftermath of Hurricane Ida. We were going to renovate last year but we didn't. So, when Hurricane Ida came, we did the entire 41 rooms and so forth. Hope you come stay with us again in the near future!!

This facility is undergoing demolition and reconstruction. Only a few rooms are open. The renovated rooms are nice, but one of the rooms we were given was a “smokers room” (with ashtrays) and smelled awful. We did not request a smokers room and would have never accepted one, but they had no other rooms available due to the reconstruction going on.

When i first checked in they gave me the wrong room then when i went back for them to fix it they told me that hotel.com had gave me the wrong price and was tryibg to charge me more said that hotel.com had the wrong taxes finally got that settled then when we went to our room in the bathroom there was mold all above the shower and it was a smoking room with no ashtray there was four people staying in our room and they only kept giving us two towels

Sorry for the inconvenience and we the confusion. It was actually my (Danny) mistake on the rate. I had put in the wrong rate. People don't want to work. Our head housekeeper doesn't check rooms to see which room needs ash trays, leaves guest (s) personal items on their carts. When the guest (s) need it, we have to go look for it. We told her so many times but...again sorry for the inconvenience!!

We asked for non smoking and it was a smoking room. No TV remote. Bedcover had lots of cigarette damage.

Sorry for the inconvenience! We can give you what we have. At that time, we didn't have a non-smoking. We ask our customers what type of room before we rent it. Some people say non-smoking but they don't respect and smoke inside the room and put cigar stains all over bedcover, knight stand, etc.

The room smelled horrible. There was not enough towels for 2 people. The bedspread had burn holes all over it even though it was a non smoking room. The mini fridge hadnt been cleaned out.

And in a king bedroom, we put 2 big, 1 washcloth, and 1 hand towel. We have ordered new bedspreads and we haven't got it delivered, yet. Sorry for the inconvenience!!!

Cockroach!! Spider!! The facility needs a pesticide control long time. The room service did spray the insect control but i had to console my wife all night that everything will be all right.

Nice Room. Extremely Basic.
For the price, it was nice...would've been better if there was more to do in the area. Worst part was there are no coffee pots in the room. I enjoyed it.

Thanks for your feedback! If you want a coffee pot in your room, then next time ask for one when checking in because don't put them in every room like franchise hotels/motels. There's lot of things to do in Westwego like Westwego Swamp Tour, historic museums, and etc.

Could not sleep every thing is the wad smoke it was so bad we have to sit outside, I couldn’t breath, so I checked out at 4 am and sleep in our car was so bad.
