« Very clean and quiet »

« We were pleasantly surprised that the rooms, lobby and hallways had been recently renovated. The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive to our needs, and the service was fast. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and staff were prompt with cleaning tables, restocking food and emptying the trash. There are 2 restaurant/bars on-site, which we found very welcome, and convenient. The pool and whirlpool were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back. »

« Our room was clean. Dripping facet in tub. Toilet seat not secure, moves around. Ceiling of shower looked like black mold was trying to grow there. Big modern bathroom mirror is stupid, not bright or close enough to be useful. Pool area looks like a warehouse with lots of big boxes stacked around. Pool looked dirty, and had one of its underwater lights sitting on the floor beside the pool, still wired. OSHA nightmare! Hot tub was dirty and stinky. Had my 14 year old grandson with, hoping to...

« The facility is clen and well run. Breakfast (self-serve buffet) is like any other budget hotel, not bad but nothing to write home about. And it is a far better choice than the the other hotel(motel, actually) in a town with limited choices. »

« Out dated, odd stains on ceiling and walls. Hot tub is boarded up - pool is small and very cold. Staff was polite. »

« The property was convenient for our needs. The front desk check in was “non memorable”. Arriving at 8PM, a smile & welcome would have helped. Didn’t expect a two floor property not to have an elevator. I’ll go with that all of the first floor rooms were occupied. Or at least letting our senior age appearance be an indicator of prior knowledge before climbing up the stairs with our luggage. It was too late & also being tired to go back to the front desk to discuss. Also, the A/C was just loud...
