'First of all we were so pleased that when we arrived there all tired from the plane ride, the car rental at Albany Airport and the drive to Poultney we were greeted and welcomed at the door by the actual owner with a beautiful welcoming smile. They even offered to take our luggage to our room which was clean and tastefully furnished. We stayed there 5 nights and were served delicious well prepared breakfasts each day by John. I think he is really a chef in disguise if the truth was known. Well...

'The property is very nice, you can walk right down to the lake. They also have tent set up if you want to sit next to the pond. They have a fire pit and grill you can use. They stock in the cottage a lot of different drinks and breakfast things. It was a great experience and the owners are extremely friendly and answer you right away if you need anything.'
