'Unfortunately, My Experience At This Holiday Inn Was Very Disappointing, Especially Compared To The Excellent Stay I Recently Had At Another Holiday Inn. This Was A Last-Minute Reservation After My Flight Was Canceled. I Called The Hotel More Than 15 Times To Arrange A Shuttle Pickup. Multiple Representatives Said They Would Assist, But I Kept Getting Transferred Back Into The Queue. When I Finally Reached Sean At The Front Desk, He Was Dismissive And Offered No Explanation Or...

'The place itself wasn't terrible, but I got woke up twice with terrible strong smell of weed. It was so strong it hurt my lungs. I have no idea who was smoking, but I didn't get very much sleep the night I was there. I ended up leaving around 4am because of it. Also it would be nice to arrive to a cool room if it's over 100° outside instead of entering a sauna. Other than that the place was decent for the price. Thank you.'

'Hotel was good but booking experience was bad this time. I searched for Hotels in Pittsburgh Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn was second in the list with price, address was downtown. When I put address, it was 30 miles north of/away from Pittsburgh, that was very frustrating, I wasted my time going there and coming back.'
