Villa's in Nettuno

'Ruime villa, waar we eigenlijk op de nachten na alleen maar buiten hebben geleefd. Goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken met zelfs muziek mogelijkheid en sattv als je dat zou willen. Alles is aanwezig en soms zelfs dubbel met ook nog een keuken binnen. Schoon zwembad wat netjes wordt bijgehouden. Via app contact met eigenaar die problemen snel oplost en goede tips heeft voor uitstapjes etc. Ook lekker gegeten in zijn restaurant. 'Zeer leuk en aangenaam huisje'

'We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. 'une précision pour commencer : il s'agit (pour des français) d'un rez-de-jardin dont l'escalier intérieur ,est en colimaçon. Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.'

'Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.'

Stefania was an excellent host from start to finish, going above an beyond helping us to organise taxis on multiple occasions and offering advice on nearby restaurants and train stations. 'Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.'

'If you want quiet and remote spot this is a perfect place. You will need your car as there are no taxis and train station is not that close on hilly road. Nice little getaway from all location. Hosts are very nice ans house is well kept.'

'4 nachten in het hotel verbleven in verband met vakantie. Gelukkig een auto gehuurd omdat het bereiken van het centrum van Rome op zijn minst een uitdaging zou zijn. Hotel is gelegen op een industrie terrein met aan beide zijden een drukke weg. Hierdoor veel last van verkeerslawaai. Als vakantieadres geen aanrader. De advertentie gaf aan 5 minuten van de Middelandse zee maar zelfs met de auto was het een kwartier. Wel geschikt als overnachtingsplaats op doorreis of als zakenhotel. De kamer zijn...
