« Room was very clean, warm and tidy. Front desk staff were helpful. Evening meal was excellent, we had roast dinner. Only slight negatives ; pillows were lumpy and the bathroom tiling & bath seal could have done with slight attention. But they did not affect our stay. »

« It was a fab stay in general. Room was extremely quiet and clean. The breakfast was very good value and well organised. The staff were very helpful. I did not use the spa facilities but would try them next time as they looked great. »

« Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer. »
