The historic village center impresses with the waterfall Orrido di Nesso, which plunges beautifully into the lake. From Nesso you can take the ferry to the following places on the lake: Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo, Abbazia di Piona. Within 30 minutes by car (17,5 km) you can reach Como, and after a 20-minute drive (13 km) to Loppia you can swim at the beautiful public beaches with a great mountain panorama. Bellagio is only 34 minutes away by car (20 km). The city of Milan can be explored after a 70-minute drive (65 km).
