'In general, the stay was good. The breakfast could have been better; more variety and fresher. The house needs some attending too, some paint peeling, windows need sealing or repair. The check in process was okay, but the directions needed a map, and a sign on the front lawn would be helpful.'

Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. In town for Ohio basketball game and while they all inflate rates when they can, the price while reasonable compared to others, still not justified. 'This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some...

'This place is so very nice. Love the whole key west vibe. Rooms are very clean and the bed we slept in was so very comfortable. The lady that was working that evening was awesome. Her name is Tammy. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. '
