GUEST ACCESS

You'll have access to the full house, with the exception of the locked owner's closet in the Master bedroom. Check-in is contactless for your safety, convenience and privacy and access is via a keyless entry touchpad with your own personal code.

The driveway is large and provides plenty of parking space right in front of the house.

You will have access to the community pool, Stoney Creek public golf course, Wintergreen Resort spa and other amenities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The house can sleep 10 + an infant. Note that this is based on two people sharing each full-size bed in the 4th bedroom. Adults-only groups may be more comfortable with up to 8 people.

Two security cameras are installed at the front of the property facing away from the house. We have a single NoiseAware sensor in the dining room - NoiseAware is a smart home technology that is 100% privacy compliant - it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) and would only really alert us if there was party-level noise (our house rules do not allow parties).

During Spring, Summer and Fall, our landscapers mow the lawn or pick up leaves every other Tuesday. They are only there for apx 30-45 minutes.

We have a trash collection service that pick up trash from cans in the garage every Monday (apx. late morning).
