'Had a great stay, great hotel and great pool. The only thing that was surprising was the security of stored Luggage. When we went to pick it up the staff showed us the door outside the hotel through which you could enter the storage room and told us to get our Luggage ourselves with no staff there - this in our view is not a good thing and we reccomend the hotel to shape up on this procedure, otherwise the stay was great!'

'We booked this hotel thinking it was the best hotel in Eilat. The facilities in the hotel itself are beautiful however the staff is very rude and not helpful the air condition did not work in most of the places we were and did not work efficiently in our rooms as well which was very hot over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed.
