'Rain leaked into our living area thru a leak above the light fixture in the ceiling all night. Soaked the carpeting. A maintenance guy came in there while we were gone, but I don’t know what they could’ve done to fix it. Carpet was wet the whole time and nothing ever was mentioned again. Rain stopped so there was no more leaking, but they could’ve at least acknowledged something or taken money off.'

'It was very noisy being so close to I-74. The HVAC unit was loud. Pool was closed. The place was outdated. Smelled moldy in parts. Housekeeping staff were nice. Manager screwed me over because guy at front desk had promised me an extended stay in a different room but when I went to complete the transfer, he hadn’t done it!! I had to go to the Hilton next door in a Lyft. Set didn’t even let me stay til noon. '

'The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable.
I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.'
