Séjour de 3 nuits pour revisiter le château d'Amboise ainsi que les alentours, nous voulions dormir dans un château, c'était magique....le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux, le château est magnifique avec une partie troglodyte. Le Châtelain est avenant, disponible et sympathique.

Hôtel dépaysant dans un château 18ème
Un véritable bon dans le temps. Cet hôtel est installé dans un château construit en 1701. Les chambres sont rénovées et confortables. Une excellente table (chef étoilé).

Un petit coin de paradis à 2heures de Paris
Tout a été parfait de l'accueil jusqu'au départ. Nous sommes restés 1 nuit et avons diné sur place et n'avons rien à reprocher. l'endroit est calme et magnifique,idéalement placé, en retrait de l'agitation touristique tout en étant à deux pas des fabuleux sites à visiter. Le personnel est charmant. Un vrai moment de bonheur.

Décevant - Piscine inutilisable
Déçu. Le château a son charme, l'accueil est attentionné. La chambre est confortable. Mais le tout est globalement très cher (on a très peu de temps pour profiter du château : l'arrivée ne peut se faire qu'à partir de 16h !!) et l'annonce est trompeuse: car s'il y a bien une piscine extérieure, il n'y a pas d'eau dedans !! C'était une véritable déception car nous l'avions retenu pour la piscine. Rien pour se restaurer à part le petit déjeuner (qui est très bien).

accuil tres soigneuse et petit dejouner delicieux
Le chateau est situe un peu loins du centre ville d'amboise, mais entoure par toute la nature qui est extrenement reposant et calme.Les chambes sont refaites et par apport a son image exteriuere, l'interiuer de chambre est ammenagee avec toute la commodite moderne.Ce qui est bien rare dans des etablissements anciens.Pour deplacer ailleur, les chauffeurs de taxi sont aimables et nous avons adomire l'agreable sejour au Chateau de Perreux.

The hotel was full andand would like to reassure you that we have tried to do all that we could to we only could change you room for 1 night. We hear your frustation but will not accept to take the blame for it. You took the decision not to stay here and left. We regret such behaviour. Our experience with this stay was our favorite. The proprietor was so nice, very willing and happy to share his love of the place and how much he loved making the property sustainable. We would stay there again for sure. Our one regret was that we only stayed one night. Oliviiet helped us get a reservation at a beautiful restaurant near the chateau and kept in touch with us to make sure we got there. A truly lovely man and gentleman. Unique small castle with charming rooms in a very peaceful setting. Our room was large, comfy bed, large soaking tub and separate shower with a great view from third floor. The pool and walking paths on the property are great. I enjoy birdwatching so it was perfect. Also greatly enjoyed sitting on the patio at night and looking at stars. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Wow! What a unique, marvelous facility. Asma and his staff are super courteous and friendly! Rennovated chateau, with lots of history, and rennovations bring the place to current standards. Definitely reccomend staying here!

Oddly the one place we stayed at for only one day night was the most memorable of our trip. The staff was friendly helpful and checked us in a bit early. But we were allowed to walk the ground and use the kayak’s and hang out at the pool. It was well just relaxing and beautiful and the owner was great

Great castle experience!!
It's worth the splurge to get the experience of staying in a castle. Service was provided mostly by Asma, and he was awesome! Made us feel very comfortable, and he definitely enhanced the experience (made us feel like royalty). The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice quiet location, but still close to Amboise and the various castles and wineries.

Room was wonderful and in the top two floors in one of the turrets. It was two stories with the bedroom being on the top floor with wonderful birds eye views of the grounds. Like being in a tree house and both floors were deocrated with modern touches but still keeping the integrity of the original building. Bathroom on first floor was incredible with a nice big soaking tub. The hosts were exceptional and provided a nice tour of the grounds. The grounds themselves were amazing. The best pool I've ever seen, access to a river for kayaking, plenty of places to walk the property including caverns hidden up the hill behind the chateau which was like stepping back in history.

Beautiful, quiet, well taken care of, unique property, chateau tucked away in the forest set into an old quarry. Everyone of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Room was great - spacious, with a balcony private bath with lovely views. Loved something that is unique about this property - taking the kayaks along the creek - it was a very peaceful, memorable evening when we did so. We did a breakfast and a dinner here to get a traditional French dining experience - which they provide with authenticity.

Don't miss out on this place, it's cozy and quiet
This is our 2nd time staying at this Chateau and we would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in or near Nazelles-Negron. It's a fun place to just stay in and walk around the grounds to explore. They have some caves you can walk in as well as the river you can grab a canoe and go rowing for a nice quiet time away from it all. We didn't get to use the pool as it was too cold but it looked very nice as well.

Beautiful chateau and we were lucky enough to have the family bedroom in the roof with a bed in the turret. So much to explore including the hidden caves behind and the river by kayak. Olivier was the best host and we can’t wait to return.
