The house has no common or shared areas, for your complete comfort and independence.
The PVC windows with double glazing have blackout curtains on the inside (for those who want to sleep without light).
It has access to free and good quality Wi-Fi.

This house has been completely renovated, with an independent entrance from the street where there is free parking (possibility of entering motorcycles and bicycles inside the property).
It has a gate that opens with a key from the street, and space in front, to the side and behind the house.
The recessed lights all around the house create a warm atmosphere, allowing for a late dinner or a last drink outside.

It consists of an open living room and kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and several storage spaces.

- In the living room there is a sofa bed (possibility of sleeping for a 3rd adult or 2 children, upon request), a television with internet and a dining table next to the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with mini-freezer, a double induction hob, an extractor fan, a microwave that acts as an oven and grill, a coffee machine (Nespresso capsule), a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary utensils and crockery.

- In the bathroom there is a vanity unit, a large shower, a towel warmer/dryer, a hairdryer and sockets for your appliances (bath towels are provided).

- In the bedroom there is a double bed with storage, bedside tables, an open wardrobe and a clothes rack for your belongings and clothes. In the bedding area you will find an iron and ironing board, extra sheets and bath towels, as well as sheets for the sofa bed for reservations of more than 2 people (bed linen and bath towels - large and small - are provided).
