'Very nice apartment, but would be difficult (tight) for 10 adults unless they all get along perfectly. Photos are accurate. Kitchen well equipped. Toilets flush well. Good water pressure. Beds are smallish, and the showers are very small by American standards (their floor space measures less than 3’ by 3’). Desirability of location dependent on your desire.
