A welcome letter with check-in and check-out details, access codes, and condo policies will be emailed 2–4 weeks before your stay. Please note: if the check-out cleaning instructions are not followed and extra cleaning is required beyond the normal routine, an additional cleaning fee of up to the full cleaning amount may be charged directly to the guest.
